Domestic Shipping Policy
Processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. Should there be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Delivery methods and charges
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery area
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Shipment confirmation and tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This will include a tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes
Standout Prints is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or lost parcels
Standout Prints is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to raise a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and the damaged goods until your claim has been resolved.
International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
