Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Delivery methods and charges

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Courier options and delivery times:

• Evri – 3 to 5 business days – £3.95

• Royal Mail – 3 to 5 business days – £3.95

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or seasonal demand.

Delivery area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. This will include your tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

Standout Prints is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or lost parcels

Standout Prints is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to raise a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods until your claim is resolved.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international delivery.
