Domestic Shipping Policy
Processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Delivery methods and charges
We use Evri or Royal Mail.
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are standard 3-5 business days from dispatch. These are estimates and may vary.
Delivery area
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Shipment confirmation and tracking
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. This will include your tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes
Standout Prints is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us directly and we will resolve the issue with the courier on your behalf.
